About the Division

The Teamsters Package Division serves more than 200,000 members throughout the United States. United Parcel Service is the single largest employer in the Teamsters Union, and the Division is responsible for ensuring that management abides by the National Master Agreement.

Through outreach on our website and area steward training programs, the Package Division works to ensure that the security of a good Teamster contract is available to all members. 

Under the direction of Ken Hall, the Division maintains an increasing number of staff charged with effectively serving UPS members throughout the United States. The Division staff currently includes: Four full-time International Representatives who handle both local and member issues and who monitor Area Grievance Panels for proper enforcement and protection of Teamster jobs, 13 part-time Division Representatives, and three researchers who closely monitor industry trends and developments.

The Division represents the following workers at United Parcel Service:

    • Package Car Drivers

    • Air Drivers

    • Feeder Drivers

    • Part-Time Loaders, Unloaders, Sorters and Clerks
