Randy Cammack
VICE PRESIDENT AT LARGE

Randy Cammack was elected Vice President At-Large of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in 1998. A longtime leader and activist among UPS employees, with vast experience in organizing, bargaining, grievances and pensions, he is Secretary-Treasurer of Local 63 in Covina, California. Cammack also serves as a Trustee to Joint Council 42, the Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Program and the Western Teamsters Welfare Trust.

 

Fred Gegare
VICE PRESIDENT AT LARGE

Fred Gegare has been a Vice President At-Large since 1998. He joined the Teamsters Union in 1972 and served as a steward for five years before being elected President of Local 75 in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1977. Eight years later, Gegare was elected Secretary-Treasurer and Principal Officer of the local. He took the helm of the National Dairy Conference in 1989 and then the Food Processing Division in 2002.

 

Ken Hall
VICE PRESIDENT AT LARGE

A second-generation Teamster, Ken Hall is known for his hard work, dedication and superior negotiation skills, and has gained the respect of members and officers throughout the union. In 2002, Hall stepped into the difficult national negotiations with UPS, and led the negotiating team to the best contract the Teamsters Union has ever enjoyed for more than 200,000 members. He is Director of the Parcel and Small Package Division and President and Principal Officer of Local 175 in Charleston, West Virginia.

 

Carroll E. Haynes
VICE PRESIDENT AT LARGE

Carroll Haynes is a skilled negotiator and leader who has served as President of the 24,000-member Local 237 in New York City from 1993 until April 2007. He serves as Director of the Teamsters Public Services Division. Haynes has been a Teamster since 1961 and serves on the executive boards of groups as diverse as the New York Central Labor Council, the Municipal Labor Committee and the United Way.

 

Fred Potter
VICE PRESIDENT AT LARGE

A second generation Teamster, Fred Potter has led New Jersey Teamsters to victory in every arena. From negotiating strong contracts to electing Teamster-friendly politicians, Potter has been the voice New Jersey Teamsters have followed. As Vice President At-Large, Potter will now take his skills nationwide. He is the President of Local 469 and the former Chairman of the Ocean County Democratic Committee.

 


Fred Simpson
VICE PRESIDENT AT LARGE

Fred Simpson, the elected leader of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes, was instrumental in the merger negotiations with the Teamsters Union. Through his work and dedication, Rail Teamsters are now better positioned in negotiations and politics.

 


George Tedeschi
VICE PRESIDENT AT LARGE

George Tedeschi has been a union member since 1959 and was elected as President of the Graphic Communication International Union in 2000. Tedeschi was an important player in the merger with the Teamsters Union and has led the fight to organize Quebecor. Tedeschi understands that the best way to get good contracts for Teamster members is to organize the nonunion competition. He is President of the Graphic Communications Conference of the Teamsters Union and is active in many other areas of the labor movement.
